Frank Graziano
Managing Director, New Jersey
“Given the uneven growth and intense competition in our global economy, a strategic and financial advisor who has substantial operating experience and knows how to build sustainable and transferable value — in all conditions and for businesses at all stages of development — is better able to assist companies in achieving their strategic objectives.”
Entrepreneurial, Operational and Banking Background
Frank has more than 25 years of financial, operating and strategic transaction experience as a business owner, investment and merchant
banker, and corporate executive. He has worked in project finance and derivatives at Bank of America, and was a founder of a structured finance business at Nikko Securities, advising sovereign borrowers and leading U.S. companies on financing opportunities in Japan.
He left Nikko to acquire a distressed consumer electronics business that he joined as CEO, returned to profitability and eventually sold. After joining an independent private equity sponsor focused on distressed situations, Frank held C-level interim executive roles at its portfolio companies, and structured the successful acquisition and reorganization of Harvey Electronics, where he served as its interim CEO.
Frank was also a senior executive at Internet start-up Mail.com and its successor company EasyLink Services, helping raise venture capital and then taking the company public. He held leadership positions in various functional areas and completed several global (U.K, India, China) strategic transactions as the company grew from $1 million to $120 million in revenues within two years.
Frank holds an MBA in Finance from Columbia Business School and a BS in Chemistry/Business from the University of Scranton where he graduated summa cum laude. Frank is a frequent speaker and panelist at industry conferences covering topics such as entrepreneurship and raising venture capital.
